Regarding Insurance
Please note: We do not accept insurance. Any costs associated with lab work, imaging, other diagnostic testing, specialist visits, hospitalizations, and medications, whether prescription or over-the-counter, are not included in the prices shown.
You may choose to submit your expenses to your insurance company for reimbursement, but make no guarantee that they will cover any expenses.
Note: If you have Medicare, you will need to sign a contract stating you will not bill Medicare for my services.
